A practical, fun-filled and informative introduction into why we get so nervous when we have to speak or present in front of other people, what it means to our physical body and psychologically, what we ALL have in common regardless or background, experience or formal training, and also how we can learn to overcome some of our fears and even enjoy the experiencing of using our voices with greater vibrancy and impact.
Presented by Pro Expression's very own Director and Senior Teaching Specialist, Christina Jonas. Gain a humorous yet invaluable understanding of the nuances of the human body under stress from the insights of a professional opera singer, voice coach and long-time behavioural psychology researcher.
