PRO EXPRESSION COMMUNITY SINGERS
(for adults, age 15 +, no experience necessary but reading is an advantage)


Come sing with us in a fun, social and encouraging atmosphere where you learn as much as you sing..  Bring along your friends, family and especially MEN - we love you, we want you, we'll train you! REAL MEN SING you know! :D Women always welcome of course too..!

Rehearsals:  Wednesdays 7:30pm – 9pm

PRO EXPRESSION KIDS’ CHOIR (for ages 7 - 14)


Singing songs from different countries around the world, even in different languages, this exciting group helps your kids gain confidence in singing and sharing ideas, enhance creativity and expression, we promote and help children develop active listening and communication skills in an encouraging environment where they can make new friends, and of course we aim for them to learn how to harmonise with others, both in singing and in life.  Group can only allow up to 16 participants, so get in quick and enrol your child today!

KIDS’ MUSIC DISCOVERY GROUP (for ages 0 - 6)


Want your child to have a creative outlet in a nurturing environment? Led by our fully qualified Music Therapist, children get exposed to a whole array of instruments and learn the foundations of musical concepts through singing, playing, dancing and stories. Each week we help children explore and discover the basic workings of sound, melody and rhythm.  We also help parents and children bond closer than ever through song, movement and play.

Term 3, 2011:  Tues 4th Oct for 9 weeks
Sessions: Tuesday afternoons 1:15pm - 2pm OR 2pm - 2:45pm
Each session includes afternoon tea afterwards.

PRO EXPRESSION VOCAL ENSEMBLE (adults, by audition)
'The Expressionists'


Are you an experienced choral singer looking to branch out and enjoy other styles of music outside of a church or college/ university choir setting?


For intermediate/ advanced singers to improve choral skills in different musical styles! Strong music reading skills essential.  Entry by audition, (2 contrasting songs, sight-reading/tech test to assess your level), so contact us for an appointment or call Chriss on 0422 444 429.
Unlike any other community choirs, our professional directors will teach you the safest and most effective singing techniques, universal choral etiquette to enhance your vocal skills and help you develop a higher level of musicianship, AND enjoy performing at local events and festivals with a great group!

We learn many styles of music from early madrigals, to gospel, to classical, pop, jazz, folk and world music.  Parts are learnt using sheet music so reading is a must for the Vocal Ensemble (however there is no experience necessary for the Pro Expression Community Choir), aural learning, and even some improvisation. For those interested in learning music on a deeper level, we can teach you.
